Make A Splash Home

The VACS board is actively promoting a reduction in the drowning rate among youth, particularly by targeting groups with an ethnically diverse population. VACS hopes to begin this initiative by making swim lessons available at free or reduced rates as part of the Make a Splash Foundation.
