Our 14&under swimmers also made the trip to Christiansburg
for the second of two championship meets. No new team records
were set at this meet, many were narrowly missed, but the swimming
was fast and five swimmers made it back for final swims.
Emily Koegl and Bryan McCarthy had top 8 finishes while Chandler
Shirer, Jacob Johnson, Greyson Pierce made it back in the consols.
Chandler, Bryan, and Jacob will all be representing VACS and
Virginia at the Easter Zone meet this week.

Our Senior swimmers made the long journey to Christiansburg to
help break in the brand new pool. The weekend was outstanding
by any means of meaure. The team finished in 11th place, our
best ever, and set 10 new team records. All this from a
youthful team that doesn't graduate a swimmer for two more
years.

15 &O 200, 400, 800 freestyle relay, 200, 400 medley

Alex Henderson 200 backstroke
Anthony Zoldork 100 fly, 200 fly, 400 IM, 800 free.
Natalie, Alex, Anthony, and Joey all had multiple final swims.
Alex and Joey had top 16 finishes.
Anthony had top 8 finishes in three events including silver in
the 200 fly where he achieved his first USA swimming Long Course
Junior National time.
